    Hi to all

    Hi there,
I was told that I should make an intro post,so here it is
my name is Chris Charokopos, I'm from Greece,Athens.
I am a student in Mathematics,
and one of the reason I like d2 is because it involves math.
I started playing D2 a few months ago,
For the time being I prefer SP,because I want to learn the game first.
Maybe later I move on to the realms too.
My favorite character is the sorceress, because of the speed (from teleport)
and firepower she has.She also makes magic finding easy.
What I don't like about her are the immunities in hell.
My second favorite is the necromancer.
    Currently the serious characters I have,are a level 89 bone-golem Necromacer,
    a level 85 frozen orb-chain lightning sorceress,and a level 80 frost zealot paladin.
I also play exclusively softcore, never hardcore.

    Oh man, I forgot that...
    Thanks for the correction.
    OK, then it's (2^12) * (3^20) = 1.4E13

    Welcome to the SPF :howdy:

I also like math a lot, however, I can only do math on certain days. Sometimes I can't do math at all, sometimes I can do calculations very fast and correctly.

Also, how many Chrises are there at the SPFs?

I know off the top of my head: You, Frosty(I might be thinking of Icebird. Or I think they both might be Chris), and I.

Great, I like gyros too. It's really good.
By the way the answer to how many zod's in an el is zero.
You could say 0,00000000000007 zod's,but there is no such thing.

it's a little known, but oft referenced in the SPF fact that if you put a Zod in your cube w/ a flawless Diamond and transmute you get the uber leet El. But this must be done with only a legit Zod-- which everyone knows if you keep one of these around your interest in the game will wane and you will fade into the background until you do your giveaway and only post in the OT threads.

Hey, welcome. I am a math major as well. If you like the statistical aspect of d2 read Ulrik's guide, it will please you (it has standard deviations listed for each area's rune drop chanches. crazzzy.)

Are you into any particular field of mathematics?

    Howdy !

Just thought I'd extend my welcome to you, and say that I bow to thee (and the rest of you math majors too), for taking such a difficult thing as a grad choice. I studied math for two years before I realized my calling lied with computer science, and have come to realize how hard math really is X.x! Good luck with it, wish you the best =)
