If I kill hephasto and destroy the soulstone, I can still come back later and run him right? Its not like the Cow king? I have the game paused in Hell right now, and wanted to make sure, the noob that I am.

Yes, you can run him repeatedly like Meph, however you only get the Hellforge rune drop the first time you kill him!

Just did it, got Um, PSkull, Flawwless Ruby and Am, and a Sapphire. Um, my highest rune found! I'm happy! :thumbsup:
