There is a build like that on another forum. Basically a Phoenix Strike / Dragon Claw build.
Just google "Henshin diablo guide".

It's a French guide, but maybe you can translate it or find an English one.

That would be French, and it's really not all that different from a Phoenix Striker, with the exception that he advocates maxing Dragon Claw and Claw Mastery.
