I don't know about a damage calculator, but here's a Weapon Speed Calculator

For a wolfbarb I think you should select a Druid/Wolf.

Incidentally there's a new weapon speed calculator which works with all the wolf barb and other weird stuff etc.

Select barb and choose "wolf" instead of unchanged
