ok well i made a cold mf sorc that is currently level 80. She uses...

Total: 497 mf

On Switch:

Ok now i have max block, and like 250 vita with like 1500 hp & 1000 mana after BO. I am built for mfing andy & meph. I can mf easily without any problems since like no physicals can hit me and i got max res so i don't have resist problems. Now the problem is i don't seem to be finding ****. I mean i got like 500 mf and i am not finding anything in hell!! I seem to be finding like better stuff in normal mode. The only unique i found in hell was like a butchers pupil. Can you guys tell me what the deal is please! Do i need more mf or somethin?

Any help would be appreciated.

i sort of wonder if you ever really had trouble MFing with all of the stuff you've aquired there.

some advice:

1) patience. mf running takes awhile. trust me, it's not your equipment that's the issue.
2) go to all the usual places: meph, baal, diablo, pits. make sure to kill the monsters on the way through because plenty of times they have an mlv of 83-85, which means they can drop practically anything in the game.

the most important thing is that it takes time to find stuff.

MFing dear Zen_Master is in effect all about luck, and very very very little about the amount of MF you carry about. Your amount is fine and wellbalanced with your gear, so that you still maintain good killing power and killing speed.

Don't worry, just that its all luck, its also alot about patience! You can truly say that you are MFing when you have done a 1000 runs and more to come :thumbsup:

It really is about luck, LOL, For me personally I do about 10-15 MF runs a day, thats usually around 80+ a week.

Some days I will find some cool gear, other days I will find rubbish... its like playing lotto

I kinda expect to find one useful item every 10 runs

For me a typical run at 440% MF would include at least half of these areas

ACT 1 Kill Andy
ACT 1 Clear Levels 1-2 of The Pit in Tamoe Highland
ACT 2 Ancient Tunnels ( Forgotten City wp)
ACT 3 Council
ACT 3 Mephi
ACT 4 River of Flame
ACT 5 Shenk
ACT 5 Pindle

Can take a good 15-30 minutes depending how lucky I am, if I cant find Mephi in 10 mins of searching I just go on to river of flame.

500% MF is a nice start, and is all you really need, once you get past the 350-400 mark you should notice a huge change.

But yeah, just keep MFing, nice stuff will pop up eventually !

I think people are getting the impression that high MF automatically means they will start finding teh uber gear all over the shop. As said above, it's more of a waiting game than anything else. Remember the chances to find the good stuff are still really small.

yeah, since I kept getting all kinds of crap/realm downs when doing mephruns, i decided to just run baal, it lvled me from 83 to 89 so far, the only item I found there worth a lot (at least to me), was tal armor. But that doesn't really matter, since at least I'm getting exp and having fun doing it, since sometimes it can be quite a toughy :scared:
