Help with identifying this common merc used by Paladins please 
I have seen lots of pallys use this merc that shoots the bluish/whitish rings that gradually get bigger and seem to freeze cows etc and they also shoot these tornadoes and the monsters get these yellow type tear drops on them ? what merc/items on the merc is this ? does anyone know ?
