Hey well first things first my gear and stats as follows:

kiras guardian
p diamond hoz
umed g angel
crescent moon phase blade
t gods
raven frost
carrion wind
seraphs hymn
dracs
goreriders

skills:
holy shock 20
resist light 20
salvation 20
holy shield 2
zeal 19

stats:
strenght: 120
dex: 150
vit: everything else
energy: none

the problem is i finally figured out that u need more than one base skill pt in holy shield b/c my defence is so little. But im already at lvl 77 so should i restart or try to keep going and pump pts in holy shield? Also should i have more dex b/c in hell my chances of hitting monsters in act5 r pretty low (60-70% i think) thx for ur help!

You are still at a low lvl, so start putting points in HS now and you will get maxed the skill at lvl 95 (saying that your skills are base).

Might want to switch out your ammy/rings for angelic if you still have problems at higher levels.

The only time you'd need AR is on bosses...

Considering the DS probably won't do much for you, I'd say only if you desperately need the IAS. But seeing as how the CMPB has a rather fast base speed as it is, let alone the IAS the runeword itself provides, I don't think you'll need the IAS too much either.

However, if you're basing a lot on physical damage (maxing zeal/sacrifice), and have more DS elsewhere, why not. But from what I see on your build, you went the elemental way. Stick with Seraphs or Mara's, or a nice rare one.
