Help w/ my Blizzard sorc

After having a blast with my SP meteorb I decided to try to gain some wealth and started a blizzsorc on east ladder. At lvl 76, she absolutely sucks. She misses just 3 fcr short of the 63fcr breakpoint, and has no way of killing anything in hell (goddamn immunes) . She also has huge survival issues and she doesn't have the targeting skillsand knockback associated w/ orb and fball.

Her equipment:

30fcr spirit sword
25 res vipermagi
rhyme
peasant crown

My wealth thus far:
Lum
Pcomb w/ +1 max dmg that somehow no one would give me a fair trade for.
17 pgems

Any advice welcome.

Get a spirit monarch, magefists and you will reach the 105 BP, aldo a persent crown untill you can get your hands on a shako.

Get rushed to baal and lvl up until lvl 89 (it gets hard to lvl up after 89) and start doing a huge amount of mephisto and andy runs.

I'm trying to avoid advancing in terms of quests so I can keep glitching Meph. Of course, I can't kill Meph at any decent clip right now.

Also, I'd like some trading advice in terms of how to get the most out of my pcomb. Very few people are really offer what I need right now. Should I trade it into a ist or break it apart into puls to obtains items I can use now?

What is your blizzard damage right now ? And do you have a point into static ? I found meph pretty easy for jumping in, static-ing, then teleing around blizzing while I dodged his attacks, or anything else comming at me. Mm. And you're making games with just you in them right ? I found it extremely difficult to mf if there was even another person in the game.

As for the pcomb, I think the pul Idea is a good one, unless there is something more expensive you need. The idea of running NM Meph is a good one too.
