Help Understanding Mind Blast

I read a lot of suggestions urging people to get to certain FHR breakpoints for PvP against MB using assassins. Assuming I made an assassin to hit the 174 FCR breakpoint(9 frames), would other players need higher FHR to escape my MB? Could the damage from MB on top of the stun keep other players stuck in stunlock?

Assuming you held down the LMB/RMB(whichever is hotkeyed to MB), yes, your opponent would require more FHR to escape stunlock(if you had more FCR).

No matter how large or small your damage source is(it can even be 1 damage), as long as it hits your opponent while he has 'swirlies' over his head, it will cause him to go into hit recovery animation. So yes, a second MB would keep your opponent in stunlock, but it's more practical and mana-efficient to have Traps active and let them do the stunlocking for you, so the only thing you have to do is cast MB to renew the 'swirly' duration every few seconds.
