Help Picking out Finishing move

Ok I am noob at assasin and need help picking out a finishing move this is SP PvM. my first quesion would be how does dragon talon work ?? I've looked at arreat summit and I noticed that at higher levels it does multiple attacks, do these work as a paladins zeal ie 4 kicks to all enemies or 4 kicks just to 1 target. and how does charge realeasing work do all 4 kicks (assuming level 20) get the charge bonus or is it just the first 1.

Secondly how does DTalon compare with dragon claw and dragon tail, i noticed that dragon claw has similar stats maxed out but costs 2 mana and not 6. Also what are you opinions on dragon tail I've used it before on a failed assasin build and on paper it seems good despite lower stats. HELP I just can't decide

my planned build is :

20 Tiger Strike , 20 finishing move 1 Cobra Strike , about 15 in shadow master
1 in burst of speed and fade and from the traps 20 in death sentry (I've seen how usefull CE is in hell ) remaining points will go into Fire Blast multiples of 3 and shadow master

Stats as recommended to me in a diffrent thread high STR and VIT, dex enough for equipment.

probable equipment : 2x Bartuc's, Harlequin Crest or guillans, boot's : whatever has the highest damage , nats is an option, rings and ammies = rare (this is single player ) ammy geared towards skills rings towards resistance and leech gloves and belt no idea yet armor Duriels ?? skin of viper, shaftstop, guardian angel again not too sure here

phenoix strike is good for taking down those immue to physical and tiger strike is good for high phyiscal damage to take down bosses

Tiger strike is never used with dragon talon. All charges effect only 1. hit.
It is always used with dragon tail though. You should read the kicking basics guide. It is one of the best I have seen.

I favour dragon talon becouse it is recuiring only 18/20 points. The dragon tail only shines against those who are not immune to physical or fire. The kick itself is physical, and based on the dmg dealt, it multiplies and converts into large are fire dmg. Here's what happens:
1: Physical immune crowd = no dmg dealt
2: Fire imune crowd = Lower dmg than DT to a single target
3: Single physical immune enemy = same as 1
4: Single fire immune enemy = same as 2
5: None imune crowd= It ROCKS big time.

But it requires 40 points to do so effectivly. It is better to use lightning sentry as you will max death sentry anyway. Lightning Traps deal huge dmg.

I dont like phoenix strike, but with a maxed DS, I would made a trapper hybrid even if I did.
