Help on java gear!

Hi i want to build a new javazon for cow runs. That would be my first.
But my investment budget is rather low. Should be Ist+Mal and i have a spare Shako and great -req jewel for a stormy wich i plan to use.

Do you think i can afford a good enough javazon for this little? And if yes which gear do you suppose i should buy?

all you need is titans revenge - a low one shouldn't go for more then that mal/ist. Then get razortails - pgms. And try finding as much +skills as possible.

shako, peace amour - be carefull to use this on normal and nighmare - or skin of the viper magi, shop some 3 javelin & spear skills and you are set. Start by running 1p games and increase once you get the hang of it.

If you play ladder, you don't need much to get lots of skill.
Low titan = pgems
Low zon torch = pgems
Peace armor/viper mage=pgems
+2 zon ammy = pgems
Shako - you have it already
razor tail = pgems
+2java/20IAS glove= a bit pricey if other good mods, or +3java/20IAS-- shoppable.
Spirit monarch shield = pgems for low FCR one.

Without any java skiller (expensive) or anni, you already get 2(shako)+2(peace armor)+2(ammy)+3(torch)+2(spirit shield)=+11 all. with glove and titan, you get +16-17 to java tree easily . If you get anni and skiller, you'll get +20 or more.
