HELP!!! Must KILL DCLONE!!!

Hey guys, this is the first time I've gotten dclone to spawn in my game! I'm on NON-LADDER USEAST, and I need help from someone very respected on the forums that won't take the annihilus charm. Will anyone please give me a hand in killing him? I really want a charm!! If you can, please list your account. I'd really appreciate it. Thanks!
