help me with pub trapsin build

    help me with pub trapsin build

    so i was thinking of making a trapsin for pubs..

    a ghost shell setup vs melee
    c/c 102 fcr vs casters

    few questions:
    1 help me with skills (i dont want to need prebuff at all)
    2 how much ias i need in both setups to have the desired trap laying speed
    3 about how much dex does sins need to have max block at lvl 9x?

    cmon i need help..

    forgot.. in ghost shell setup i will use spirit phase blade and in c/c setup gt trap claws

    c/c set up 102 fcr? is that possible?

    20 circ, 20 ammy, 20 gloves, 20 x2 rings, 20 belt You seem to be short.

    I also wouldn't exactly recommend swapping enigma out either

    griffon (25) + to gloves (20) + arach (20) + 2x fcr rings (20) + amu (needs only +17)

    and yes i know the + light dmg from griffon doesnt work with traps.. (does the - light res tho?)

    No, Griffon's does nothing for traps except for the +1 skills. Btw your FCR breakpoint combined with c/c won't be viable. 2 x FCR rings is a huge sacrifice, as well as Griffon's. And what do you mean "only" +17? It's quite a lot of Caster ammy crafts and to get +2 assassin skills on it will be very very expensive. You'll lack resists and DR (even with Fade). I would go for a lower breakpoint.

    Sorry youre wrong UberB, 102 c/c setups are very viable. Very powerful I should say rather.


    idk if you'd want a hybrid c/c w/s build however. c/c benefits from vita builds, w/s benefits from circlets and +stats you could be using.
    I do have a hybrid c/c w/s sin built on d2pk as well. It's alright, I use 6 ls claw/stormshield actually instead of a standard shell setup. That way I can swap between c/c and w/s without losing fcr bp. However I still find my spirit phase/stormshield pure shell build gets better stats and is the better w/s build.

    Will do. And wiz, what gear would you use to attain the breakpoint along with good resists, DR, fhr etc?

    that's in the guide as well. its a very common 102 c/c build.

    most of the dr/res will come from fade.

    good resists yes, 102fcr/86fhr
    dr is overrated. I do use a 65/86 49dr switch but the only time I find that necessary is if its all physical characters or its good bowazons. dr is pretty overrated for most matchups imo, I do fine pking most bvcs with 23dr (its a max mindblast build, 1 base fade) on, just dont get hit.

    I do find a shell build works better vs zons and griefcharging pallies, but that is mainly due to stormshield. 65 fcr builds with dr are kinda slow and as a result put the player in greater danger of getting hit due to not being able to tele out of the way fast enough or not being able to spam mindblast fast enough to keep the opponent in stun.

    ty i checked it.. it was really helpful.. but i was going to make a dual seup one.. 1 vs melee and 1 vs caster.. i think i will go that way.. a question about the skills.. i really like mb but cuz i dont really have d2 friends that still plays i will propably just duel in pubbys so you suggest to leave it at 1.. and how about kicking for stun?

    Traps stun better, no? As long as the opponent has swirlies over his head from Mind blast, then the traps will put them into hit recovery.
