Help me with my kicksin

I am building a pure kicksin (no traps). I am building for pvm and for fun but there are so many combinations to chose from. I know what shadow skills to choose. I really want to go for a PS based build. I have looked in the stickies too and I am not sure which will be easier to kill monsters with.
1) Max PS
Max FoF
Max CoT
Max DClaw?
(then what? Dont I need BoI maxed aswell because of the synergy to PS?)
2) Max TS
Max DTail
(what other MA skills do I max?)
What about using venom? Will this make a difference on these builds?
