Uhh.. just wondering but what difficulty/Act/Place can I find a Normal Mage Plate.... ??? >_< need no soc or 3 soc... ne1 noe da best place??

And I can barely read the last part of that. According to the drop calculator it ATMA (a great program, you could download in case you have other drop questions in the future) for regular monsters they are the Cows in Hell and most places in Act 1. All hell act bosses have high %'s too with the hell Cow King followed by hell Mephisto.
