Help Me Plz, Kinda Stuck
Well hi and I'd just like to say this is my first post here, and I'm looking forward to being on these forums! Well I'm requesting just abit of help, and I'd gladly appreciate it if you could help me! I got D2 last summer, I played a bit, never really got into it. My first char was a Ladder barb that I didn't really stick to a build with, I screwed it up horribly to put that short. Next I made another barb, this time a more WW oriented build with some tweaks to it. It came out okay but not great.. So I decided on a Blizzard sorc as my third char, I did pretty well, I did Baal runs in Normal till level 50 then got rushed into Nm and then Baal until level 70, currently I'm level 82 and stuck basically. I have a decision to make so far, here is my current stats (Without +skill item modifiers on them).
CM-20
Blizz-20
Ice Blast-20
Ice Bolt-20
Tele-1
Warmth-1
Telekinesis-1
Glacial Spike-3 (Gonna at least get to 5 for Synergy, dunno if I should go with maxing Glacial or Teleport)
Teleport-1 (Dunno about maxing this or Glacial Spike)
And pretty much 1 in the prerequisites, too lazy to list them.
My stats are as follows (With gear on)
Strength-62
Dexterity-49
Vitality- 370
Energy-97
Life-1112, Mana-721
With Ice Blast (My left click spell) I'm only doing 2091-2167 damage and with Blizzard (Man is this embarassing) 3323-3505 damage, it sucks I know. I think I should max Glacial Spike for more dmg because my teleport is 10 with my gear (My item bonuses add up to +9 in skills), my current items are:
Occulus
Shako
Tal Belt
Tal Ammy
27% Nagel
Infernostride boots (Just something I grabbed until I can get War Travs)
Frostburn
Lidless Wall (With P diamond)
Que-Hegans Mage Plate (With P Topaz)
And a crappy ring with 10 percent FCR and 11 percent Mf until I can get better.
I also have alot of trouble soloing Hell. I tried to solo mf Andy and I got owned before I even got to Catacombs Three, I think I'm not doing enough damage, I think my gear needs upgrading, and I need help on stats. So therein lies my problem, what gear should I get? I was gonna plan on getting Tal Armor but I dunno if I'm that rich.. I'm not too rich in terms of items and I need some advice on better sorc gear, and if anyone wants to donate, <insert noobish begging statement here>, Lol jkin but I would like some advice on items that aren't too costly or anything that you can see that would help me out, thank you very much in advance btw.
