Help me out!! Opinions Appreciated!!!

Ok here goes...I'm remaking ALL my characters, and each has to be PERFECT!!

so here I am, down on my knees, begging everyone to join in and help out

I want everyone's opinion on what I should do down to the last stat point...

This Necromancer is going to be a Bone Spear/Wall/Spirit/Teeth, gear, stat points, skills, ways to deal with immunes, staying alive, pvp, pvm, and such, all appreciated..

I can afford decent gear like Chains of Honor, but please list secondary choices just in case I cannot afford them
