Help about 9 frame trap laying

Hey,
I'm making a WW sin and my question is about the 9 frame trap laying speed.
Does the IAS from the Chaos and Fury (35+40=75) count for the ias needed for trap laying and so i can get the 9 frame using Runic/Suwayyah Chaos/Fury having the 75ias from both runewords (75ias is needed for WSM of -15, -30 of Runic and 0 of Suwayyah)

What's the WSM when using 2 claws? The average from both or the WSM of the primary claw. So should i use Runic/Runic Chaos/Fury and my WSM will be -30 and by checking the ias table i will need just 1 ias jewel in my Corona or i can use Runic(-30WSM)/Suwayyah for example and still get the 9 frame with just 1 ias jewel.

Only the IAS counts from your primary claw (usually glove-side). That means Fury makes the best primary.

Your WSM for looking at the tales will be the average of the WSMs of your two claws. In the case of a runic and suwayyah, you'd have a WSM of -15 for the purposes of looking at the tables.

As ilkori said, only the IAS on your primary claw will count towards your trap laying speed. You need 61 EIAS to hit 9 frames. At -15 WSM and a fury claw that would leave you with needing 35 additional IAS
