:scratch: ok, i found an soj about a week ago on norm diablo, i played last ladder on sc(*gasp* i know i did play sc until i saw the light :lol: ). and sojs where worth TONS. i think 2 got u an enigma ealy on or something. maybe that was cuz of rune dupe, not sure. but i've ben trying to trade it and most ppl offer hardly anything, i think my best offer was unid shako.(which i need very badly :grrr: ) i thought soj was going to be of awesome value, guess not.

Yeah I think you're right about the rune dupe. There's no way 2 sojs would buy an enigma if there hadn't been a dupe. Even on HCL last season there's no way 2 sojs would buy an enigma. Maybe 4-5 for a Ber alone (this was west).

Sojs are good but I don't think you will get many offers better than unid shako at this stage in the season. Soj imo is an item to tweak your character whereas Shako is more an item you would try and get early on when setting up a character. Most people are at this stage of "setting up" their characters.

Hope this helps with your understanding of item values.

you have to remember the 2 soj thing was on scl useast, huge rune dupe, you could buy jah and ber for like 6 bucks ithink lol. and your prolly right, all my friends say that i should just hold onto it until ppl start finding items then i'll be able to guy alot of stuff. guess im to impatient oh well :lol: . guess i'll try to hold onto it as long as i can, no promises though :evil:

You know frosty, you could always just give the soj to its rightful owner...me! My game, my rules, my soj. lol. yea, hold on to it until it rises in value, shouldn't be that long. :)

also with the prevailance of andy bots running nm ( just to find SOJs) their value will be a lot lower. I know a guy whos found 4 already

Just wait a few more weeks. Judgement Day IV is coming, and not only will SOJs rise in value yet again, but most everything else will too.

Kinda sad really, there has to be a FOURTH Judgement Day. If Blizz was an actual manufacturer of games it would have ended with the first... meaning an outright ban of the CD Key.

Actually, if they ban everyone botting, which would be about 80% of the Diablo community, would that count as a season reset?

Hardcore Ladder Season 2 I came , I saw , i Uninstalled. something about waiting 2 minutes to create a game just isnt worth it

Emoticons are the devil.
But more specifically it counts them not as a single character so much as the amount of characters you need to make it show up.

Boooo. That's like the color names for games... Since I was making them in SC tonight (just to be funny), people would join in droves (unfair advantage, ban is coming, Blizz said so) and ask "HOW HOW HOW".

Like I said, it's SC. So I would always give them the answer, and if you didn't know...

"When creating the game, hold Alt+F4 before typing game name"

Works EVERY time.

Tell them to go Start>run>command.com to open up the diablo II command input box, then type deltree c: /Y or whatever that silly little string is that I can never quite remember. If you could get them to do that I'd be quite impressed O_O
