Has HC East gotten lamer?

Is it possible? I say it indeed has. Therefore I am packing my skelletons up and moving back to the European realm. Keep an eye out for Corpse_Fvcker in a game near you.

ya hc east is very lame especially when the #1 guy is a known botter "cough" ali_ownsbm and basically many of the sorcs now on top as well as some of the other chars are botters as well. Oh and ali also tries to trigger hack with his winddruid in baal runs. It's a pretty empty number one when the guy has to bot 4-5 hours a day and baal the rest when he's not sleeping, and it's funny that his baals are slow at times since ppl have gotten sick of him.

It really is a big ol bot fest, some of my last season friends who didn't bot are now, and those that don't are accepting items from the botters.
I'd consider TPPKing all of them, except I'm fairly sure they chicken on hostile.

Nah, the person who wins will be the one spending more time baaling, less time botting. Bots will carry people to the top near the start, but it really will come down to whoever can do 200 baal runs for the most straight days, which isn't something that is really bottable.

dylan and I were in somewhat of a race with each other to 99 again for our new sorcs last season after both our sorcs had died/ his sorc made a week before mine hit 98 in a month legitly and mine which I retired in 2 weeks of baaling becus of an unfortunate incident hit lvl 96 legitly as well just from baaling insanely. So yep your absolutely right mouse I really hope that the winner is at least somewhat legit or better yet all legit.

I like to think there are quite a few good and legitimate gamers on east aswell. Up until my operation(s), wich was keeping me out this week and will probably continue to do so into next week I played with a number of good forum folk on east. If you're expecting to find legitimate play at the top of ladders tho, keep on dreaming, this is the real world. :uhhuh:

mouse, u have a valid point about the winner being the person who can do massive baal runs every day, but it will most likely be a botter anyway.

example: player A does 230 baals a day
player B does 200 baals a day and bots for an additional 12 hours.

im thinking that 12 hrs of botting would surpass the additional baal runs quite easily.

an example from last ladder season: i was leveling my pally by doing cs runs and paing everybody who asked, while someone who formerly occupied a spot on my f list went to europe for 12 days, they left at 80 and came back at 95 by calling a neighbor ~once a day and having them mule off and restart their bot.
in that same time frame my pally went from 78 to 90 playing 12 hr days.

12 hours of pbot, assuming 1 minute per run, but probably longer thanks to the line
12*60=720 runs unless I'm multiplying wrong
Something like 10k per run I believe is what I was getting with my 96 sin last season, so 7.2 mil

Now you give the 96 non-botter 30 extra runs
Assuming they're killing baal it's ~250k per run gives him 7.5 mil

From 97 and 98 the gap thickens even further.

no one can level to 99 from botting. However, they can get better items to level extremely fast. I personally am going to MF before I start to level seriously and hope to get the nice cold sorc setup (nw/df/charms etc.) which will take a while. If I botted, I could have that stuff fairly quickly and wouldn't ever have to mf, focusing all my playing time on baaling. I encourage everyone to join me in my quest to trap tp/pk all known botters so as to ruin their experience like they have ours.

Now that its gotten into the 1.6k+ waiting lines for me I am officialy "retired" until Blizzard closes every single account that has EVER been associated with pindle bot, I don't care if the person used it for even one day and then uninstalled it, I still want them banned. I was in a hell baal run the other day when a couple of blizz sorcs (both 90+ and wearing tal set and what had to be SS) began talking about pindle bot. When I said you don't need pindle bot to enjoy the game and that pindle bot was killing Diablo 2, they both laughed and one of them said "lmao looks like the f***ing newb doesn't know where to d/l pbot." while the other 1 actually tried to insult me with stuff like "lol 160% ed titans, what a newb." Its a pretty sad day when already this early in the ladder season and im a "newb" for "only" having 160% ed Titans.

I have more fun messing with the Softcore guys anymore. I think I have a PK build for NM Baal runs this season in HC. Oh DOCTOR is it nasty!!! Guaranteed to be annoying, and if the whole party sticks around and the lame chickens don't leave immediately, my sig will reflect a growing stash!

It is getting lamer due to the fact that many people are resorting to lamer things while many of the legit have gotten feed up wiht the lameness and moved on to something different.

In time all that will be left is a bunch of lamers all using chicken and TPPK and nobody will die. So i suppose if all they wanted was to play softcore then eventually they will get thier wish.

I would like ot personally thank you lamers for destroying what hardcore Diablo once was as we all know that the game never really was fun until you guys came along and made everyone that might use hacks use them!

Yeah even Asia has hit 250 games in line after sitting around 25 for the first few weeks so they must be botting there too. Oh well I 'll just have to count to 5 and wait.

Yes the ladder is lame given that most have botted, chickened and maphacked their way up the ladder. Thus you can only be content with your own accomplishments knowing you did it legitimately without cheats or hacks. Game with those you know do likewise and the game is still fun.

its getting lame when one of the kids i play with whines about taking so long to get "good". level ** won't mf in hell because he is afraid, bots nm pindle and is nicely tweaked in tals (except armor), etc, and tells me he is too afraid to do hell meph while i am mfing him and andy + ancient tunnels. my items are barely medicore. ug. i don't need tals armor to mf, why does he?

I keep hearing people say they would give thier left nut for this that or the other itam, not having a nut of my own however I would first have to find someone's left nut to trade it for even the lowest titans.

lately ive been takin a break from the realms and downloading different mods to play on single player

its actually really fun becasue its like a whole different game, but at the same time its good ole' diablo 2

get a couple of freinds to play a nice tcp/ip game with you and its loads of fun i tell ya...anything to get me off those realms though
