Also for those of you that didn't hear Squid Knight's idea about mixing in the color wheel from Magic the Gathering into the world of Diablo... it fit pretty well. So if you know anything about Magic then you could possibly pull some inspiration from that to create some new classes. I think the general consensus on the that thread was that Barbarian fit the Red slot, Witch Doctor fit the Black slot, and the Wizard fit the Blue slot... so that just leaves Green and White open.
