hammerdins stats

how come all the guides for hammerdin suggests 125 dex. I only have 75 (without items on) and im at lvl 65. If i get a ss or hoz shield, my chance to block will be 75%, so is there a point to have 125 dex?

It's based on your chance to block. You want to get the maximum CTB as you can. If you can do this with less dexterity, go right ahead.

Yes, maximum CTB is 75%.

As for dex, keep in mind you are only level 65, your blocking % will go down as you gain levels unless you up your dex. How many pts you plan on putting in Holy Shield will impact this also.

im goin to max holy shield, but i didnt kno u lose CTB when u gain a lvl. Should i should get dex to 125?

My advice would be, check your CTB each time you level, pump dex till CTB reaches 75% again, and spend the rest wherever you want.

at lvl 90 with maxed offense line BH-Vigor-BA-Conc after 1 points wonders like cleansing, redemption, salvation and dumping rest into HS you'll need ~120 dextr

wait, for CTB, do u look at it from ur character stats under defense or just on ur shield
