Hammerdin runewords?

Are low lvl runeworkds good for a starting hammerdin? As of now im lvl 23 using a Stealth 90 def armor and a 24 def Nadir Helm. Are there any runewords that would be particurally useful in my situation?

I used a 'Lore' Grim Helm.

Also, used Spectral Shard and Vipermagi for the +skills and FCR.

Lore is good in a low req. helmet
Splendor in a Pally shield with resists
Rhyme in a pally sheild with resists

I like to throw a few "tir" runes in my starting equipment. This helps keep you mana pool full when you are at low levels (18-35) I wouldn't recomend using them in good stuff but when you start a new untwinked character they can help quite a bit.

As of now im using a 3 socketed ( empty, has sum bonusus ) grand scepter and would like to know a good runeword for that, also Im using a 120def STEALTH armor and a 48 def NADIR helm. I have a 3 socket pally shield(empty, would also need a runeword for that), but am currently using a steelclash till its rdy. Using Treads of Cthon and some crappy gloves, angelic ring, and angelic ammy(another angelic ring if needed). I'm lvl 25 and baal runs will commence tomorrow. I will post stats tomorrow. Also will post other options and such. The real reason for this post is I'm looking for reasonable upgrades and such for my equip.

I used stealth with my hammerdian back in ladder 1 season. I would use this plus suicide branch, and wall of eyeless to gain a nice fcr increase. I figure more hammers around you at one time is the best way to go. These items are easy to come by and good beggining items.

:edit: go to some cleared cow games and look for socketed serpant skin armor or some light exceptional armor to wear at lo lvls to give you the best result
