How are some Hammerdins getting 4k+ Life? Im pushing my limit with 3.7k with 4 bo CTA, got about 12 inventory spots left too. 421 base VIT at 94. Gear I run is:

Hoto
HoZ
AP Enigma
Mara
SoJ
BK
Arachs
Treks
Magefist

2 Plain PCombs
Gheeds
20/14 Anni
19/18 ptorch
13 20 lifers (3 are 14,16,17)

Guessing:

Spirit shield (the life gained here is BOable)
2 BKs instead of 1
charms more focused on +life
higher BO level? you have +44% life; lvl 8 BO gives +56%
Mage Plate Enigma and a non-elite shield allows more stat points to go to vita.

EDIT: "got about 12 inventory spots left too" Isn't that 240 life right there?

+life on rings(bk's life is not boable)
40+life pcombs
20 life scs
spirit(more life) instead of hoz, and bloodfists(more life) for magefists
treks for aldurs boots...

My BO is 86%, due to +skills, but Im going to be taking quite a dip when I replace Shako with BerBer CoA

If you need 4K life to play a Hammerdin, then you can't play.

let's see: 9 pcombs/35+life grand charms.
10 small charms 20 life each.
Good ol anni and torch 20 stats each.
2 bk rings

Use base dex and strength for stats, and glitch enigma and hoz.
Crest.

Replace Sacerens (glitch) with 2 to pal skills/48 life ammy.

After pumping up with bo with cta and spirit shield,

That might put you in 4k territory.
