The 75% FCR BP is probably your best bet if you plan on hitting one. Personally, I have just the HotO's FCR usually... or none on switch, and I still do fine, and can solo Hell Baal with ease...
I wouldn't hit the 125% BP, because that's slightly overkill, and you'd have to sacrifice a bit of equipment to make it happen... if you're going to do this, I'd assume it would be purely for PvP purposes only. If you're just doing PvM, don't bother with higher than 75% FCR. I'm sure you'll be satisfied with that, if you even need that much.
