Half Freeze Dura mod x 2 = cannot be frozen?

Wondering if snagging two rares with half freeze duration as modifiers would net me cannot be frozen thus allowing for more flexibility in gear (no cham required, and or no RF needed, etc) Has anyone tested this? sounds like a hopeful shot in the dark but yeah I've been wondering about this ;]

Even if it'd work that would give you half of half freeze duration = 75% shorter freeze duration. It doesn't work though. HFD always works the same, no matter how many sources of it you have.
