Halaberds raign + Act5 merc?

It gives +1-2 to battle orders and battle command and +2 all skills, so 3-4.If i put it onto my merc will he use these skills?

Sadly, no he cannot use those skills, or any for that matter. Although it's too bad the game doesn't let him. I'd imagine it would be funny to watch one of those loincloth, rugby helmet-wearing barbs BO'ing and Shouting :nod:
