Guide me with marrow bug plz

Hey to all. Sry, but i didnt find a single topic about it. Of course i saw some topics, but i didnt find the answer on my question there :S

Well, i am a newbie with necros, but i wanna make one. I heard something about the bug of marrow boots which gives + 33 to bone prison, but i dont know how to get it. So, i have some questions 4 gosu's

1) how to get the marrow bug? Which bone skills should i have to get it?
2) is it real to have about 7k dmg, like some necros say?
3) an add to the 1st q also i heard, that if u put a skill into bone prison or something else, the bug would dissapear..

rofl then i can easy max bone armor and bone wall? so, just no points into bone prison?

its in the sticky,but yea you can easily max BA and BW just odnt put any into prison and it'll work
