Griswold Set on a Zealer

I'm thinking of making a PvM zealot using Griswolds set. Is this a bad idea? I like the fact that there aren't very many using this set, but is it because it's bad or is it because the items are hard to find? Also wondering if it's expensive, i don't have a high budget for this build, although I'm fairly sure I can afford it.

Let me know what you think,

I just started building a zealot that will wear Griswold. It seems to be that in order for the set to really shine, it needs to be socketed with really good jewels/HRs.

Here are the specs for the set, including the bonuses.

+250-315% Enhanced Defense (varies)
+608 Defense
+250% Damage To Undead
40% Increased Attack Speed
+200 To Attack Rating
+30% Faster Hit Recovery
Requirements -100%
All Resistances +100
+2 To Combat Skills
+2 To Offensive Auras
+2 To Defensive Aura Skills
+3 To Paladin Skill Levels
+60 To Strength
+60 To Dexterity
+150 To Life
20-30% Better Chance Of Getting Magic Items (varies)
Adds 20-40 Damage
+ (0.25 Per Character Level) 0-24 Absorbs Cold Damage (Based On Character Level)
