I have a grief phaseblade and it has 387 dmg and 36 IAS. Is this good enough for pvp or do i need a better grief?

no, any grief's speed is 5fps, 30-40 doesnt matter, only the damage matters

387 is definitely good. 400 is perfect while 340 is the lowest.
