good zealot shield

this is actually for any character pvp or pvm (mostly pvm i guess)

but i wanted to bring attention to the following shield:

Spirit Ward
Ward
Defense: 393-478 (varies)(Base Defense: 153-170)
Required Level: 68
Required Strength: 185
Chance to Block: Pal: 74-84%, Ama/Asn/Bar: 69-79%, Dru/Nec/Sor: 64-74%
Paladin Smite Damage: 11 To 35
+130-180% Enhanced Defense (varies)
+25% Faster Block Rate
20-30% Increased Chance of Blocking (varies)
All Resistances +30-40 (varies)
+6-11 Cold Absorb (varies)
5% Chance To Cast Level 8 Fade When Struck
(Only Spawns In Patch 1.10 or later)

a perfect one of these would be sweet (with an um in it, or maybe a ber)
or an ethereal one could get up to 714 defense.

especially relevant in pvm, the 5% chance to cast level 8 fade is an incredible advantage, it will give you the following:
+50 resist all
curses reduced by 71%(bai bai iron maiden)
damage reduced by 8%(same as socketing the shield with a ber)

at level 8 fade lasts for 204 seconds(over 3 minutes) and within that time its probably considerable that you will get hit enough to trigger the fade again...this will lead to you getting a shield with:

90% resist all
8% damage reduced
more blocking than herald of zakarum
and the always usable cold absorb
plus youll still have an open socket(another ber, a pul, or even a jah etc)

i believe this shield doesnt get enough credit, and the fact that fade lasts for over 3 minutes basically means that you will have the fade bonuses for all but the very beginning of your baal run or whatever you are doing...

an ethereal one needs 175 str(within a stones throw of stormshields) and some of the highest non exile defense in the game...

the coolest thing is having an ethereal paladin with holy shield on...blows peoples minds
