The only thing good is the +2 skills.

But even then, that's not that great because a +3 blue in terms of skills would be better. The rare mods are basically rubbish. If it had a lot of good ones stacked, it would be good (think +life, +mana, +stats, resist all, MDR or PDR, faster cast rate, FRW, MF%, etc, and of course sockets).

I would recommend you re-roll it with some skulls. And if it continues to be `meh', get your 35k from Charsi or someone.

it aint a great hat. it aint even a servicable pvp hat. in 99% of cases, a circlet without 20% FCR is junk. the main exception being a Jewellers of Speed (3os/30frw, much prized by bowazons.

i wouldn't even waste the pskulls on rerolling it. 35k from the vendor of your choice.
