Good candidate for Sanctuary?
Hey, I'm new to making runewords and I found an Akaran Targe the other day and wanted to know if it would be a good candidate for Sanctuary. I wouldn't exactly say I need the best equipment possible, but I also don't want to completely waste the runes.
I'm a fana zealot if that makes a difference. Any help would be greatly appreciated
