Gold PC on 2 Ammy's!

Hey guys, got 2 amulets that might be worth a bit, wondering how to price them.

First one is:
93 dex, 72 vit, 14 RA, 6% attack speed, 17% GF, 30% MF, 4% crit chance

Second one is:
+9 max damage, 101 str, 63 vit, 34% MF, 7% crit chance

1) decent MF ammy. 2-3.5 Mil
2) No resists at all hurt this just a little bit. Great stats otherwise. 3-5 Mil.
