I would also like to add that increasing your muscle mass will passively help you burn more fat off too becasue it increases your metabolism. Thats why a lot of the bastard hardcore bodybuilders at my gym can get away with doing no cardio (they're unhealthy as hell though)

Also to those looking to build teh 6-pack up read these wise words... stop doing stupid amount of low intenisty repetitions.

There is still a chance that some people will never have a 6 pack due to genetics.. I don't, it sucks.. even though I am an ectomorph and have very powerful and heavily adapted abdominal muscles.

the visable "six-pack" that u see on celebrities or whoever, is like this:

i'm sure we all know what a tight dress can do on a woman. it's pressed against her body, and makes her figure very noticable.

the same is true with your skin. your skin is like a dress. if it is tight (caused by dehydration or starvation, both of which are unhealthy and even dangerous) and no belly fat, people can see a well-defined 6-pack. you can have the strongest-most developed muscles of all, but if u got belly fat covering and/or got loose skin, no visable six-pack.
