German school spree killer kills 15

This is not the first time. 37 people were injured in 2006, and 17 were killed in 2002. Oddly, the incidence of school spree killings in germany appears higher than in the US. This despite the fact that germany has very strict antigun laws.
So does this impact your stance on gun control laws? If they were ineffective, should we try to make them even more strict? Or perhaps arm school security so this kind of thing doesn't happen again? Or should be just blame it on american tv and video games?
