    where is the best place to gamble. is gheeds gc availabe in nonladder andy runs or only ladder ? where is the best place to gamble and what to gamble for?

    Gambling is based on character level, the only difference is that you'll be able to sell items back to the vendor for a higher amount in hell compared to norm or NM.

    Gambling rings/amulets/circlets is what many people do.

    In the span of 1 week I gambled 2 maras, 30% and a 28%, nice profit imo.

    Don't forget that it's COMPLETELY random. You may spend the whole playing career in D2 without a single decent gamble, or you may rack in Maras, Griffon's and SOJ's each week. Of course, the chance for the latter is astronomically small, but the possibility exists.

    I wouldn't get my hopes up if I were you, though. Just gamble without hoping for a great gamble. If one comes, eventually, you will be pleasantly surprised, right?

    I've been away awhile...you can gamble uniques? I thought they removed that way back in like 1.4 or something.

    You can gamble rare items (1:10), set items (1:1000) and unique items (1:2000).

    I spent toooooo much gold lol, was using a goldfind barb for trav/hdin to mf and sell most of the drops.

    When my MF sorc get to over 2 mil gold I always gamble down to 150K ish and only gamble rings. So far in my entire D2 career (1.09) I have gambled 1 unique ring - manald...
