Gambling question
Hey guys,
Been looking at some of the guides on the site for gambling e.g what makes a good rare/magic by thomasjohnsen and i have a question.
I currently have a level 90 gold find barb, i am wondering when i gamble will i be able to get +2 skills on amu's and circlets. The level requirement in the guide says you have to be level 95 (something i don't think i will ever do), now is that meaning that you have to be level 95 to make sure you can role a +2 skills the whole time or that if you not level 95 +2 skills will never appear?
in short: at level 90 can i role +2 skill 20% fcr 2 soc circlets?
