    Fury or Fury/Rabies?

I've PvMd with wolfs for a bit, but I now have inherited some gear and can afford a good pvp wolf. I'm lookin for a vs all build, and I've hung around with some of the good wolfs on west, but now that I have to make the choice of whether or not to add in rabies, I can't decide.

But does rabies really do anything? Would it be worth it to go 10 ww 10 oak?

Rabies is tech. It really shines against casters when all you're going to get is that one bite anyway. Rabies is a tempo skill used to force the enemy to finish the duel ahead of their planned schedule. So it can make casters more aggressive, making the chance for a mistake higher.

Against other melee it's not a bad skill either. Getting the bite forces them to keep close instead of [charging] away to catch their breath. Also, if they have high def or insanely fast block [greatly limiting the effectiveness of Fury] then Rabies may have to be your kill condition [triggers even when blocked].

    Hope this helps :)

u should build hybrid. with pure fury wolfie barbs are very difficult. with rabies they are no problem anymore. one bit, run and see them dying...
use rabies trick, stoutewolf explains it in his guide.

i skilled 10 to ww and with angelic combo i have about 30k ar. it is enough ar to bite barbs, etc.... rest goes to oak

With dual angelics i have 25k ar. And i went with 1 point in ww. So, if you think that sacrificing 9 skills from oak for 5k ar is good then go for it. I cant say how much that 5k makes a difference. This is guessing we have similar gear.
