Full Griswold Paladin?

I've been thinking about making a pally that utilises the full set of Griswold for pvm? Is there any pally build that would work really well thanks.

Abbott would be a good build to use the Griz set. Check out the post in this forum called Supertank Abbott. It will tell you where to find the author and the guide.

Actually with all of the open sockets on the set already the Abbott is a great build for it, didn't even cross my mind.

Re: Full Griswold Paladin?

I built a smiter with full gris last season, but I had a ton of wealth to play around with, and socketed the weapon with ber ber jah, shield with triple diamonds, armor with ber ber . helm was still entirely open. But he could run tristram pretty easily. If I were to finish him off, he'd get another ber in his armor, and probably bers in the helm, to get him up to 40% damage reduced. His resists were already quite awesome, since full gris plus triple diamond shield gives you 152 resist all, and anya quests gets you over-maxed. Thundergods, gris helm, raven, and dwarf, meant that there really wasn't an elemental attack that I wasn't gaining life from.

I guess the point is if you really want to spend on a gris-smiter, they can be quite silly

Aside from the gris set, I used tgods, gores, dracs, dwarfstar, ravenfrost, and a decent all-resist, leeching amulet.
