I would have used a perfect base if I knew it was going to have a perfect roll. I don't just use 1 shield and call it a day... I roll 35% spirits on ALL of the monarchs I get.
BTW, I would sell a 35% spirit for a HR with a good mana roll and good ed%, so I would never sell this shield for just a Ber. Never.

A 35% with even decent roll and/or shield is definitely Lo to Ber. I couldn't see myself selling this one for less than 5-6 hrs. If people think that is too expensive, then it's obviously not the item for them. Selling this on non-ladder will be a snap, and you'll get a ton of stuff for it. It's only 1 month away.
Extremely cheap. I would have snatched that up in a nano second as well. A mean a Vex? Like holy cheap.

i can see easily getting 5+ hr for the perfect base and perfect roll though
regular 35fcr is not worth more then vex, especially now

I think it depends where/who you sell them to. There are other communities where you can get a Lo+ worth of value from them.

5+ HR is actually low for Non-ladder. Keep in mind Spirit is a ladder only runeword, coupled with the massive dupes in runes, it is understanable that this cost a lot more on non-ladder.
For ladder 5+ hr is too high for ladder especially with non-15ed shield. IMO the +15 ed is worth more than the couple points in mana.

I think the key here is "other communities." The trading currency is not the currency of the game itself in some other communities (or at least one that I can think of). Where people have built a wealth from the past on that forum's currency and thus things trade for more there because people have more wealth there. Whereas here, we all trade within the currency of the game itself. Our wealth is down to zero when the ladder resets (unlike the other forum) so I think that's why you will see a trade price discrepancy between here and there.

I was making a ghetto spirit for one of my chars and just HAPPENED to roll a perfect spirit as well... If I knew THIS was going to happen, I would have used my 15ed Monarch. LMFAO! Sorry, I just thought this was ironic.
