FT Necro Torch + / ISO Barb stuff

Just started playing again after over a year, didn't want to start with a sorc so I made a barbarian, maybe not the best choice to mf with but at least its fun.

Anything else good for barb, especially some sort of armor
Need Merc Items, trying to make a Faith bow for an Act1 Merc, as well as armor and helm
Currency if needed

Do you have any interest in a full IK set? I am looking at the Barb war cry + 31 life skiller.

Oh hi Tradin, you probably don't remember me but I last time I played we traded quite a bit in game and you helped me out, this was my sorcs name and I had a pally Helline :crazyeyes:

Anyway, I'm not sure I really need the IK anymore, mostly because the full set has a weapon and I'm using 2 pretty good swords, what do you value that as? maybe you have something else I might like? I basically still have 0 Merc gear and more or less sitting on no armor for myself, but I'll sleep on that offer and give you an answer tomorrow.

It really depends on what you're doing, but if you're playing a Frenzy barb then I have some stuff you could use, like Laying of Hands and Shaftstop. If you're using an Act 1 merc with him, I also have a Duriel's Shell, G-Face, etc. Let me know what direction you're going and I could send some stuff your way.

TL;DR - Want to MF with him as hes my only char atm, kinda hard with what I have, frenzy mostly out of necessity for running fast since I cant teleport yet.

Thats a good question Croup, my original intent was to MF with him since i was bored of starting with sorcs, i sort of forgot(or chose to forget) how important teleporting is in this game so without an enigma its a bit of a pain. So I went frenzy so I could at least run fast (originally wanted to WW, but i guess ill save that for if i ever get an enigma).

As for the merc, I wanted to go Act 1 for the faith bow to get fanatacism, seemed like a fun idea, specifically because I have a last wish (borrowed, not nearly that rich) that gives me might aura so I didn't want an offensive act 2 merc. The merc has no gear yet so I don't even use her.

Right now I'm more geared like an ubers char with lots of cb/ow/ds because of the items ive randomly been able to get, but i literally dont have an armor right now. Basically, IK Helm/gloves, vergungos belt, ravenfrost/bulkathos, highlords, gore rider, mostly borrowed and will be returned when i get some gear of my own.
