frozen or shiver or chilling armor for a pvp blizz sorc?

I've maxed Blizzard and all the synergies, so before i try to max cold mastery i wanna know what's the best armor for a pvp blizz sorc...

Chilling armour (the last one). Supposedly, it's "bugged" and will completely deflect some ranged attacks such as guided arrow.

Also just for future reference, I prefer to max a blizzard build in this order:
blizzard
ice blast
cold mastery (or to 10ish, then max cold bolt and finish off mastery)
ice bolt
glacial

I like doing glacial last because it doesn't give any damage to ice blast, which is sometimes useful in a pvp situation. Doesn't really matter for blizzard though. Also, cold mastery is very important in pvp because it makes it harder for people to stack cold resists against you.
