Frostwind for smiters
Have anyone ever tried frostwind for smiters? I'd like to see if it would be effective, just for the lulz obv. But before i go ahead and do it by myself i would just ask if anyone in here have ever tried it, for the cold absorb, the added cold dmg etc. and if it is as useless as it seems
