Frost Zealot questions

Hey i found on old forst zealot build on the web and it said this can be a great build, but it think it is from patch 1.09. ive done this build before and been very succesful with it, but now im looking to do ubers with him, so im wondering if the build im working with is a good build for it.

95% crushing blow
20% life leetch
5-10%mana leetch
20 points in holy forst, resist cold, zeal, sacrific, and salvation. 1 point in pre-reqs. it takes about lvl 91 to get all the points distrubitued.
sacrificing some health for dex for better attack rating on zeal. These are the base things that i need to be effective, i think.

Questions are:

Is crushing blow good vs Ubers
is the life leetch enough to offset what ill sacrifice for dex
what gear would be best to make him more effective.

zeal attack rating doesnt really matter.
you need to get an ITD weapon to run a frost zealot effectively.

95% cb is great.

I don't know for an absolute fact if CB works on ubers. I would imagine it does, along with the mini-ubers.

i cant see this build churning out enough damage to make life leech worthwhile. my old ww IK barbarian had massive physical damage and 25% life leech, and it was still a battle to keep him leeching enough to stay alive.

holy freeze itself may not be good against ubers, since the aura will attract mobs.
