Frost nova help please

I am thinking about maxing frost nova and am gonna try to make it my main skill. I know that sounds stupid but its just for fun.

Does frost nova radius increase per lvl?
Can someone give me an idea of how many times per second frost nova can be cast.

Is frost nova effected in pvp?

mmmmm, lets see
orb vs frost nova

orb @ lvl44 & good +% equip -> ~1400 dmg per shard & 46mana cost
frost nova @ lvl44 & same +% equip -> ~1650 dmg & 52 mana cost

imo it should be possible to try that out
but reaching 8fpa cast would take u down to ~1200 dmg

gonna make 1 @ single & test it out

tried & failed, dmg is way too low & costs too much mana to be able to kill with that amount of dmg

Mana cost dont matter to me.

Just cast speed and dmg.
