Read the other Bush thead about how Joe didn't have any reasons to dislike Bush besides the fact that he's a faggot. I remembered seeing this on another forum and thought I'd share. Interesting read but I'm sure there's two sides to this story.

did you even read your own post? if you post from a different forum, then you must agree with the contents of that post that you are copying, and if you did read that post, and thought about most of those points for longer than five seconds, then you would have seen through them.

did you even read your own post? if you post from a different forum, then you must agree with the contents of that post that you are copying, and if you did read that post, and thought about most of those points for longer than five seconds, then you would have seen through them.

Obviously you haven't read mine as I stated it was interesting read. I also posted that other thread (sarcastic title before you pop your top) about the yahoo search. Now because I posted that does that mean I believe the result of the search true? No. I posted because I found it to be funny. As I posted this one because I thought it was interesting read.

The first thing that stuck out to me when I skimmed this post was the following:

In my first two years in office over 2 million Americans lost their jobs.

This fact neglects the major event that happened during the first two years of his term. When the World Trade Center buildings were destroyed, many buisnesses went under because they were headquartered there, all of their paperwork was there, and that was the site of their main office. Those 2 million jobs were lost as a direct result of 9-11.
Since 9-11, those jobs have all come back plus some more.

I'm not a big fan of Bush's economic policies, but most of the surplus was spent on a tax cut. You know...letting people keep their own money.

This is kind of sand-bagging him (although he should cut spending IMO) look at the deficit as a percentage of GDP to get a more important figure.

See now, that wasn't so hard, was it? That was an excellent point, and you didn't offend anyone by calling them a "stupid leftwinger" (which sounds like hockey terminology anyway :drool: ). Remember, to use your own words again this is only an online forum. Keep it civil, so that people aren't inclined to ignore you and your points can be heard.
