Well, crap, the attack speed calculator isn't available. I hope that's temporary or we're in a bit of trouble. If you can find another, figure out how much WIAS you'll need with 35%OIAS at top charge, then start eliminating weapons. If you have far too many on the list, drop some of that OIAS - I'm figuring Grief phase blade is beyond fast enough for one hand that you may be able to dump it all, depending on the roll.

Yeah, it'd be nice to know the roll you have on that Grief and the natural targets of your Frenzy. If you've already decided the 35%OIAS is staying, either because you socketed an Arreat's Face and have 20%IAS gloves or otherwise, I think calculating the final speed of your Frenzy will help decide how much WIAS it'll need and that, in turn, helps decide the weapon.
