Frenzy Help

Hi, I am loving my frenzy barb, but I have a few questions on my gear set-up.

Weapons: 35/387 Grief Pb & 371/62 Last Wish Pb
Helm: "Um" Arreats 6LL
Chest: Mp Engima
Belt: String of Ears 8LL
Glove: LoH
Jewelery: Ravenfrost + Angelic ring & ammy
Boots: Gores

I am non-ladder so keep that in mind. Sometimes it feels i depend too much on the life tap from LW, possibly more leech but I don't know. Also I umed the arreats because my resistances are 60 in hell without fade. I was thinking about changing to a CoH because that would address the LL and resistances, but I don't know if its worth investing stat points in strength. Any help is appreciated.

AP Fortitude might be better. Try to purchase one
u may need to invest 40 stat point in strength, that is not too much, so do it.
Using Howl frequently if u feel a little hard

well i disagree i think that nigma or coh > fort, if nothing else it comes down to the 8 dr provided by these armors. so if comparing nigma vs. coh it comes to life n mobility vs LL n faster kills w/ the ed to demons (gg for ubers), 65 res (also gg vs ubers). personally i was able to pull off ~5.5k life on my frenzy barb w/o lifers and mobility isn't near as important to me as survivability and faster killing speed, so for me on a frenzy barb its coh>nigma>fort. this will also allow you to drop the um in the arreats for a ber or ed/max jewel. other than that the only things that i would change would be the angelics for highlords + another raven if u think that u can spare the ar, but if u like it, stick w/ it, probably about the same killing speed either way.
