Found Waterwalk and War Traveler Boots...which should I use?

I'm a MF Fireball/Orb Sorceress, end purpose is Hell Andariel and Mephisto (and maybe some others when I get bored).

I have found both of these great boots in Act 3 Nightmare. Which would you choose? I'm leaning toward the War Travelers.

WTs - they ARE MF boots afterall and they offer a good str bonus which is great for the sorces.

For MF, Travs.

For questing, Baal Running, Rushing etc, WW's
